The data controller is Julien Amar, trading under the Coyote Consulting brand, based in Bordeaux, France. For any question about your data: julien@coyoteconsulting.fr.
When you book a call through our online scheduler, we collect your name, email, your role or activity, the size of your organisation, what is currently slowing you down and the tools you use. When you write to us, we collect your name, email and message. That is all. We never collect anything without your knowledge.
To answer your request, prepare our call and, where relevant, follow up with you about our services. The legal basis is your consent when you contact us, and Coyote Consulting's legitimate interest in developing its business with professionals.
Your data is stored in the European Union (Supabase database, EU region). Scheduling runs through cal.com, video calls through Google Meet, and our internal notifications through Telegram. The automation behind our follow-ups runs on our own server. Your data is never sold or handed to third parties for commercial purposes.
We keep your data for 24 months after our last contact, then it is deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
You have the right to access, correct, erase, object to and port your data. To exercise them, write to julien@coyoteconsulting.fr and we reply within 30 days. If a reply does not satisfy you, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) at cnil.fr.
